My Ipad Screen Cracked….so upset with myself

without comments

I really need to play nice with it, but alas can’t say much since I did the deed already. :(   I suspect to get it fixed from Apple it’ll set me back about $400.   I feel so stupid for letting it fall ….. ughh

iPad – Finally got mine

without comments

I finally got my iPad, and so far love it. I’ve been watching a lot of netflix on it and streaming via AirVideo while in bed. Its a lot easier then my laptop with the case that allows you to stand it up.

More comments forthcoming.

iPad – still waiting for mine…

without comments

I’m still waiting for my 3G iPad, but playing with some of my friends I must say I’m very impressed. Its actually not hard at all to type on the keyboard in landscape mode, where as I thought it might be a problem. The responsiveness of the apps are very nice. The quality and clarify of watch videos is nothing less the amazing.

I can’t wait until I really get my 3G version so I can put it through the paces.

iPad – Ordered it

without comments

I in fact pre-ordered the iPad, and can’t wait to get it. I ordered the 3G 64GB version, so I’ll be waiting until late April. I’ll give my comments once I get my hands on it.

iPad – No Good reason to buy…

with one comment

I was asked today; Frank did you Buy the iPad yet, even though they know its not out.  Yes when it comes out. The next question asked of was whether it could do anything different from my laptop or iphone. My response, not really.  They asked me why will you buy it.  My reply was simple, because I wanted it.  I am a techie at heart, but his question did make me think.

I do believe the iPad is the step forward between laptops, eBook readers, and portal video players, although not completely what I desire.    Desire something more like this :
